中医体质学说在子宫腺肌病防治方面的应用研究

子宫腺肌病是指子宫内膜腺体及间质侵入子宫内膜和肌层交界的深度大于2.5 mm,并向其内弥漫性生长而引起的疾病,给广大妇女的日常生活带来诸多不便.中医将子宫腺肌病归属于"经行腹痛""月经过多""癥瘕""不孕症"等范畴,病机为瘀血内阻.中医体质学说是中医药领域研究特色之一,体质与疾病的发生、发展和预后密切相关.从症状是体质的外在表现、子宫腺肌病病理体质影响因素两方面探讨中医体质学说与子宫腺肌病的相关性.先天禀赋、年龄因素、饮食习惯、情志因素等因素可影响子宫腺肌病病理体质的形成.因此可运用中医体质学说指导子宫腺肌病的防治,并对气郁质、血瘀质、痰湿质3种子宫腺肌病易感体质进行辨体论治,以期实现中医药治疗子宫腺肌病的个体化医疗及精准医疗.

Application of TCM constitution theory in prevention and treatment of adenomyosis

Adenomyosis is a disease caused by the invasion and diffusion of endometrial glands and stroma into the junction of the endometrium and myometrium by more than 2.5 mm in depth. Adenomyosis makes daily life more inconvenient to female sufferers.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), adenomyosis belongs to the category of "dysmenorrhea", "menorrhagia", "abdominal masses", "infertility" and its pathogenesis is blood stasis. The TCM constitution theory is one feature of TCM, and constitution is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of disease. This paper discusses the correlation between the TCM constitution theory of and adenomyosis from the following two aspects:1) symptoms as the external manifestations of constitution;2)the influencing factors of pathological constitution of adenomyosis. Congenital factors, ages, diets and emotions can affect the formation of pathological constitution of adenomyosis. Therefore, the TCM constitution theory can be used to guide the prevention and treatment of adenomyosis and to treat the susceptible constitution of adenomyosis based on constitution, such as qi stagnation constitution, blood stasis constitution and phlegm dampness constitution, so as to realize the individualized and precise medical treatment of adenomyosis in TCM.
