The effect of intensive nursing under the guidance of nursing procedures on improving clinical treatment compliance and mental health behaviors of school-age children with NS

Objective:To explore the effect of intensive nursing under the guidance of nursing procedures on improving clinical treatment compliance and mental health behaviors of school-age children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 50 children with school-age nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2020 were selected.According to the random number table grouping standard,they were divided into two groups,namely observation group(25 cases)and The control group(25 cases)provided regular nursing services to the children in the control group.The children in the observation group applied intensive care under the guidance of nursing procedures,and compared the clinical treatment compliance rate and the improvement of SDS score and SAS score before and after the intervention.Results:In the end,15 children in the observation group were completely compliant,9 were partially compliant,and 1 were non-compliant.The compliance rate reached 96%,which was higher than 76%in the control group(P<0.05).When the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of children before nursing were close,and the scores were reduced after intervention,while the children in the observation group improved more significantly,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing intensive care under the guidance of nursing procedures for school-age children with nephrotic syndrome can help improve their compliance with treatment and improve their mental health behavior.
