Clinical effect of Huoxue Tongluo Jiangzhi prescription in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongluo Jiangzhi prescription in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris.Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Jiangzhi prescription on this basis.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo Jiangzhi prescription in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can effectively relieve the situation of angina pectoris,improve the level of blood lipid,which is worthy of promotion.
