| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application of fast-track surgery(FTS)in the perioperative period of laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods A total of 30 patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy form January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,15 cases in each group.Group A adopted rapid rehabilitation mode,group B adopted traditional treatment strategy.The intervention effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results The intraoperative and postoperative indexes in group A were better than those in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group A was lower than that in group B,and there was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic hepatectomy can promote the postoperative recovery and gastrointestinal function recovery,and shorten the extubation time and hospital stays. |
