| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture on improving pelvic control ability of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty hospitalized children with cerebral palsy admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of random grouping,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given exercise therapy,and the treatment group was given acupuncture,electroacupuncture and exercise therapy.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the BBS score and total percentages of GMFM in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture can improve the balance function and gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy,with remarkable curative effect. |
