谷红注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值

目的分析谷红注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月在本院就诊的70例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据药物治疗的方式分为参照组(n=35)与试验组(n=35)。常规治疗的同时,参照组使用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,试验组使用谷红注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,比较两组的临床指标、心功能指标、病情恢复率、炎症因子水平。结果试验组的心绞痛发作次数少于参照组,心绞痛发作持续时长短于参照组,心率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEF均升高,LVEDD及LVESD均减小,且试验组优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的病情恢复率显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平均降低,且试验组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论谷红注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值较高,可促进患者症状的恢复,改善患者心功能。

Clinical value of Guhong injection combined with metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Guhong injection combined with metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Seventy patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into reference group(n=35)and experimental group(n=35)according to the drug treatment method.At the same time of conventional treatment,the reference group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Guhong injection combined with metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets.The clinical indexes,cardiac function indexes,recovery rate of the disease and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The number of angina pectoris attacks in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group,the duration of angina pectoris attacks was shorter than that in the reference group,the heart rate was lower than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of both groups increased,LVEDD and LVESD decreased,and those in the experimental group were better than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of the disease inthe experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the two groups decreased,those in the experimental were lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guhong injection combined with metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has high clinical value,which can promote the recovery of patients'symptoms and improve the heart function.
