| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of benazepril combined with irbesartan on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Twenty two patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Heping County People’s Hospital from August 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects.Oral benazepril combined with irbesartan was given orally.The changes of blood pressure,24-hour urinary protein,glomerular filtration rate and other indicators were observed before and after treatment.Results:after treatment,blood pressure and 24-hour urine protein quantitation decreased,while glomerular filtration rate increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:benazepril combined with irbesartan can effectively reverse the condition of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,more effectively control blood pressure,reduce proteinuria and delay the deterioration of renal function. |
