全过程创伤防治体系建设展望

创伤是全球性的社会突出问题，每年全世界死于创伤的人数高达数百万。交通伤和建筑伤成为日常创伤的主要原因，目前严重创伤已成为我国青壮年的第一位死亡原因，纵观国内外创伤救治体系现状，我国的创伤救治水平仍然处于起步阶段，这不仅由于创伤的持续高发，也与我国创伤的预防体系、救治体系发展的滞后有密切关系。因此，构建一个从创伤预防-创伤救治-康复随访-流行病学分析-政策支持的全流程创伤防治体系，对于我国创伤防治事业的推动均有重要的推动作用。

Therefore, the establishment of a trauma prevention and treatment system from trauma prevention, trauma treatment, rehabilitation follow-up, epidemiological analysis, policy support, has an important role in promoting the cause of trauma prevention and treatment in China.
