鼠曲草挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的 鉴定鼠曲草挥发油的化学成分。方法 用常规的水蒸气蒸馏法提取鼠曲草挥发油,采用气相色谱)质谱联用仪分析其挥发油的化学成分。结果 共分离出15种成分,鉴定出11种成分,所鉴定的组分占挥发油色谱总峰面积的73.33%。结论 鼠曲草挥发油的主要成分为石竹烯。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of Gnaphalium affine D.Don volatil oil. METHODS Gnaphalium affine D. Don volatil oil was extracted by wet distillation method and determined by GC-MS, and the relative content of different constituents was determined by chromatographic peak area normalization method.RESULTS 15 chromatographic peaks were separated and 11 chemical constituents were detected. CONCLUSION The chief constituents of the volatile oil is Caryophyllene.
