血液细胞分析仪全血细胞计数室间质评方法学评价

目的:探讨血液细胞分析仪全血细胞计数不同室间质评方法的评价效率及可比性.方法:应用新鲜全血校准品分发各参控实验室对血液分析仪进行校准,用新鲜全血进行室间质量调查后,分别用累积偏倚法、平均得分法和平均偏差指数法对各参控实验室的质量评价进行比对分析.结果:平均得分法不能客观反映应各参控实验室之间的细微差别.累积偏倚法与平均偏差指数法具有较好的负相关,但平均偏差指数法由于将评价结果进行了细化,并与各项目的偏倚相关联,因此,其在室间质评中具有较高的效率.而累积偏倚法由于各参数的偏倚标准相差悬殊,从而降低了对各参控实验室间质量评价的可比性.结论:平均偏差指数法是血液细胞分析仪常规条件下全血细胞计数室间质评较为理想的方法,建议推广.

Evaluation of methodology on external quality assessment of automated hematology analyzer for whole blood cell count

Objective:To explore comparability and effect of methodology on external quality assessment for whole blood cell count with automated hematology analyzer.Methods:Fresh whole blood materials were examined with automated hematology analyzers which were calibrated by fresh blood calibrator,then the comparability and effect were compared with three methods amalgamated deflection,AD;average score of profil cieney testing,ASPT and average deflection index,ADI) of external quality assessment for whole blood cell count with automated hematology analyzer.Results:The average score of proficiency testing was unable to reflect objectively the minute difference among different laboratories and there was negative correlation between amalgamated deflection and average deflection index.Furthermore,average deflection index is better in efficiency on external quality assessment.Conclusion:Average deflection index is better in routine condition for method of external quality assessment on whole blood cell count by automated hematology analyzer.
