TRAP法测定胃癌端粒酶的意义

目的　观察良恶性胃病端粒酶活性的表达。方法　TRAP法测定端粒酶活性。结果　胃癌组端粒酶阳性率为80 8%(2 1/2 6 ) ,慢性萎缩性胃炎伴中、重度不典型增生端粒酶阳性率为 44 4 %(8/18) ,慢性浅表性胃炎组无端粒酶表达 (0 /13) ,三组间差异显著 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　胃癌端粒酶活性高度表达 ,癌前病变组已有表达端粒酶活性 ,而正常组织不表达端粒酶活性 ,提示端粒酶可作为胃肠道肿瘤诊断的有力生物标志 ,对端粒酶活性阳性癌前病变进行监测有助于早期发现胃癌。

Significance of detecting gastric cancer telomerase activity by TRAP

Objective To study the different expression of telomerase activity in malignant and benign gastric diseases. Method The telomerase activity was detected in 57 tissue samples using TRAP method. Results The results showed that telomerase activity was positive in 21 of 26 patients with gastric cancer, in 8 of 18 patients with chronic atrophic gastritiscomplicated by mild or severe dysplasia, and there was no expression of telomerase in 13 of chronic superficial gastritis. There was a significant difference between them. Conclusion Telomerase may be a marker for diagnosing gastrointestinal tumor and may be used to follow up precancerous conditions in gastrointestinal disease.
