注射用红花黄色素在果糖注射液中的稳定性考察

摘    要:目的考察25℃下12h内,注射用红花黄色素与果糖注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用红花黄色素与果糖注射液配伍后0~12h内含量变化.同时测定pH并观察其紫外吸收光谱、外观等变化。结果25℃下12h内,注射用红花黄色素与果糖注射液配伍后含量、pH、紫外吸收光谱、外观几乎无变化。结论12h内注射用红花黄色素与果糖注射液配伍基本稳定。

Abstract:OBJEOTIVE To study the 25℃ for 12h, the injection Safflor Yellow compatible with the stability of fructiose injection. METHODS Determination of injection Safflor Yellow compatibility with the fructose content within 0-- 12h after the change in the determination of pH and UV absorption spectra were observed, the appearance of such changes. RESULTS 25℃ under 12h, the injection Safflor Yellow after compatibility with fructose content, pH, UV absorption spectrum, the appearance of little change. CONCLUSION 12h injection with Safflor Yellow and fructose combined with basic stability.
