国产伊维菌素(Ivermectin)驱除犬钩虫、巴西日圆线虫、鼠蛲虫的效果

目的观察国产伊维菌素对犬钩虫、巴西日圆线虫、鼠蛲虫的驱虫效果。方法采用犬钩虫—狗、巴西日圆线虫—大鼠及鼠蛲虫—大鼠动物模型进行研究。结果单次口服０．０２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ伊维菌素对犬钩虫的虫卵减少率、驱虫率和治愈率高达１００％，服药后４８ｈ内排出９７％虫体；单次灌胃０．６２ｍｇ／ｋｇ对巴西日圆线虫的驱虫率达９９．１％，完全治愈剂量为１．１１ｍｇ／ｋｇ；单次灌胃２．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ对鼠蛲虫的驱虫率和治愈率均达１００％。结论国产伊维菌素具有剂量小、疗效高、作用快、副反应轻等特点，是一种有前途的驱线虫药

ANTHELMINTIC EFFICACY OF NATIONAL IVERMECTIN ON ANCYLOSTOMA CANINUM,NIPPOSTRONGYLUS BRAZILIENSES AND SYPHACIA MESOCORICETI

Aim To observe the anthelmintic efficay of Ivermectin on Ancylosloma caninum,Nippostrongylus brazilienses and Syphacia mesocriceti,animal models of A.caninum in dogs.N.brazilienses in rats and S.mesocriceti,in rats were used in the study.Using Ivermectin in a single oral dose at 0 025mg/kg,the egg reduction rate,anthelmintic rate and curative rate on A.caninum all were 100%.97% of worms were passed within 48 hours after treatment.The anthelmintic rate of Ivermectin on N.brazilienses with a single oral dose at 0 62mg/kg was 99 1%.The curative dose was 1 11mg/kg.Using Ivermectin in a single oral dose at 2 0mg/kg,the anthelmintic rate and curative rate on S.mesocriceti both were 100%.Therefore.Ivermectin is a hopeful anthelmintic drug with small dose,high efficacy,quick action and little side effect.
