输卵管系膜囊肿的CT表现及误诊分析

目的 探讨输卵管系膜囊肿的CT表现,分析常见误诊原因,提高对本病的认识和诊断.方法 回顾性分析5例经病理证实的输卵管系膜囊肿病例的临床资料和CT表现,并结合相关文献.结果 5例患者的CT图像上,2例位于子宫左旁,3例位于子宫右旁；囊肿4例为类圆形或椭圆形,1例为上宽下细囊样影；CT值为0～10HU不等,境界清晰,囊壁光滑,无壁结节,1例有分隔；囊内未见强化.2例伴有子宫肌瘤,2例伴有患侧输卵管积水.结论 首先要提高对本病的认识,再者囊样或上宽下细腊肠样或蛇形样囊样影,境界清晰,水样密度,无壁结节,为输卵管系膜囊肿的主要征象.

CT manifestations and misdiagnosis analysis of the mesosalpinx cyst

Objective To investigate the CT performance of the mesosalpinx cyst, to analyse the misdiagnosis, and to improve the diagnosis of the disease. Methods We retrospectivly analysed the clinical datas and CT manifestations of five cases of mesosalpinx cyst, which were confirmed by pathology, and reviewed the literatures. Results In the 5 patients, the lesion grew in the left margin of the uterus in 2 cases, 3 in the right side of the uterus. Cyst sharp was round or oval in 4 cases, and one was on the wide shadow under the thin sac-like. Lesions were water density, CT values ranging from 0 to 10 hu. Lesions＇ boundary were clear, with smooth wall. There was separate in 1 lesion. In enhanced scan, capsule contents were shown no enhancement. Two cases were associated with uterine fibroids, 2 cases with contralateral hydro- salpinx. Conclusion First of all, we should be aware of the existence of the disease. Under the wide cystic or sausage-like or snake-like small cystic with clear realm, water density, no mural nodules, were the main signs for the mesosalpinx cyst.
