G臂引导下单侧椎弓根穿刺椎体后凸成形术治疗高龄骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折

目的探讨G臂引导下单侧椎弓根穿刺椎体后,凸成形术,在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折高龄患者中的临床应用价值。方法G臂X光机透视下采用单侧穿刺椎体球囊扩张治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折38例。结果术后患者局部疼痛均缓解,影像学X光正、侧位片示后凸畸形减轻,椎体高度均有不同程度恢复,手术病例未发生1例并发症,随访3～12个月,X光正、侧位片示未发生椎体继续塌陷,亦未发现相邻椎体骨折。结论G臂引导下单侧椎弓根穿刺椎体球囊扩张治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折对近期疼痛止痛效果满意,是一种治疗高龄骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

G-arm-guided unilateral pedicle puncture kyphoplasty in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

Objective To explore the clinical value of G-arm-guided unilateral transpedicular puncture kyphoplasty in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods G-arm X-ray machine under fluoroscopy with unilateral puncture and balloon dilation was uesd for treating osteoporotic vertebral compression vertebral bone 38 cases.Results Local pain was relieved,lateral imaging X-ray films showed kyphosis reduced in varying degrees of vertebral height restoration.There were no complications occurred in any surgical cases.All the patients were followed-up for 3~12 months.X-ray lateral films didn＇t showed the vertebral body to collapse,nor the adjacent vertebral bone.Conclusion G-arm-guided puncture vertebral pedicle unilateral balloon in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures satisfactory analgesic effect of recent pain,is a treatment for elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and effective method.It is worthy of application.
