超声引导下无水乙醇连续置换治疗肝肾囊肿的临床应用

目的 探讨超声引导下无水乙醇连续置换治疗肝肾囊肿的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2003年～2008年采用传统方法硬化治疗的肝肾囊肿患者325例,2009年～2011年12月采用连续置换法硬化治疗的肝肾囊肿患者436例,于术后3～12月随访观察,对比治疗前、后囊肿大小变化,评价疗效.结果 采用连续置换方法治疗的肝肾囊肿治愈率98.9％,总显效率达99.5％,穿刺成功率达100％,优于传统治疗方法,两者差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 超声引导下无水乙醇连续置换治疗肝、肾囊肿具有明显的优越性及较好的临床效果,值得在临床上应用和推广.

The clinical application of ultrasound guided treatment to liver and renal cysts replaced with anhydrous ethanol continuously

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound guided treatment to liver and renal cysts replaced with anhydrous ethanol continuously. Methods Four hundreds and thirty-six cases of liver and renal cysts treated using contin- uous replacement method between January 2009 and December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, and compared with three hundred twenty-nine cases treated by using traditional sclerotherapy between January 2003 and December 2008. Re- suits The cysts cure of the group treated using continuous replacement methods was up to 98.9 %, always up to 99.5 efficiently, the success rate of puncture was up to 100%. There was significant difference with traditional sclerotherapy （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ultrasound guided treatment to liver and renal cysts replaced with anhydrous ethanol continuously has obvious advantages and better clinical efficacy, this method was worth on the clinical placation and promotion.
