剖宫产术后应用静脉自控止痛泵的临床观察

目的观察静脉自控止痛泵(PCIA)给药对剖宫产术后患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。方法实验组232例产妇剖宫产术后应用PCIA镇痛;对照组192例采用间断肌内注射止痛药镇痛,比较两组镇痛效果。结果实验组镇痛效果、睡眠时间、下地活动时间、减少恶心呕吐不良反应等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后24 h出血量、排气时间两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术后应用PCIA镇痛经济有效,操作简单安全,值得广泛推广,有助于为广大产妇提供更加人性化的服务。

Clinical observation on postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia pump used in cesarean section

Objective To observe the analgesic effect and side effects of drug administration by the patient controlled intravenous analgesia（PCIA）pump after cesarean section.Methods 232 cases in the experimental group applied PCIA after cesarean section,while 192 cases in the control group were intermittently given with analgesic drugs by intramuscular injection.The analgesic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The analgesic effects,sleep time,ambulation time,reduce of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting in the experimental group were superior to the control group with statistical difference（P0.05）.Postpartum 24 h hemorrhage volume and exhaust time had no statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Postoperative PCIA in cesearean section is economic,effective,easy to operate and safe,which deserves to be popularized and is conducive to provide more humanized serveice for broad parturients.
