思密达联合金双歧对腹泻患儿症状改善时间和临床疗效的影响

目的探讨思密达与金双歧在腹泻患儿中的联合应用价值。方法选取我院收治的腹泻患儿,随机分成研究组和对照组。研究组给予思密达与金双歧联合治疗方案,对照组给予乳酶生和复合维生素。就两组患儿的临床症状改善时间和临床治疗效果进行比较和分析。结果与对照组患儿相比,研究组的退热时间、大便正常时间、呕吐消失时间、腹痛消失时间均显著缩短,研究组的显效率和总有效率均显著提高,分别高达86.36%和97.72%,无效率则明显降低,仅为2.28%,差别均呈现出统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思密达联合金双歧治疗小儿腹泻可作为小儿腹泻患儿一种理想的联合用药方案,值得进一步的临床应用和推广。

Effect of Smecta and Jinshuangqi in Symptoms Improved Time and Clinical Efficacy for Children Patients with Diarrhea

Objective To investigate the combined value for children patients with diarrhea treated with smecta and Jinshuangqi.Methods Children patients with diarrhea were selected in our hospital.The children patients were divided into study group and control group randomly.The study group were treated with program of Smecta and Jinshuangqi,while control group were treated with program of lactasin and vitamin.The symptoms improved time and clinical efficacy of children patients were compared and analyzed in two groups.Results Compared with control group,the fever clearance time,stool normal time,vomiting disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time with children patients in study group were significantly shortened.The significant efficiency and total effective rates were significantly increased,up to 86.36% and 97.72% respectively.Inefficiency was significantly lower,only 2.28%.There were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Combined smecta with Jinshuangqi treating children with diarrhea is on ideal combination regimen,and it＇s worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
