胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的护理体会

目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的相关因素和护理体会。方法对65例行胰十二指肠切除术治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对并发症的相关因素和护理措施进行总结。结果术后早期发生并发症20例,发生率为30.8%;常见并发症有胰瘘、胆瘘、出血和腹腔感染等;导致患者死亡的因素有胰瘘、出血和多脏器功能衰竭。结论胰瘘、胆瘘、出血和腹腔感染是胰十二指肠切除术后的主要并发症,术后密切的护理观察和积极处理,是减少术后并发症的重要手段。

Nursing experience of 20 cases of complications after pancreaticoduodenctomy

Objective To observe the relevant factors of complications after pancreaticoduodenctomy and the nursing experiences.Methods The clinical data of 65 cases of pancreaticoduodenctomy were retrospectively analyzed.The relevant factors and the nursing measures were summarized.Results Early postoperative complications occurred in 20 cases with the occurrence rate of 30.8%.The common complications included pancreatic fistula,biliary fistula,hemorrhage and abdominal infection.The relevant factors leading to death included pancreatic fistula,haemorrhage and multiple organs failure.Conclusion Pancreatic fistula,biliary fistula,hemorrhage and abdominal infection are main complications after pancreaticoduodenctomy.Close observation and positive treatments are important methods for reducing postoperative complications.
