摘    要:目的 探讨数字化断层融合(DTS)对骨折诊断的应用价值.方法 对DR片可疑骨折、或临床体征明显但DR片未显示骨折线的80例外伤患者,进行DTS检查,对比评价DR与DTS图像质量,分析DTS对骨折诊断的价值.结果 80例患者中,DTS图像良好75例,良好率为93.8%;一般5例,差为0例;DR图像良好55例,良好率68.8%,一般17例,差8例.56例可疑骨折的患者,DTS图像明确显示骨折线51例,排除骨折5例;16例DR检查阴性但临床体征明显的患者,DTS均发现骨折.结论 DTS技术可显示深在部位与结构t复杂部位的解剖结构,清晰显示骨折线,能显著提高骨折的检出率.

Abstract:Objective By comparison with DR, to explore the diagnostic value of digital tomosythesis (DTS) in bone fracture. Methods The DTS examinations were performed in 80 cases, which presented with suspicious fractures or obvi- ous clinical signs, but, we could not see the fracture lines in the DR. Compared the DR with DTS images, we analyzed the advantage of DTS in diagnosis of bone fracture. Results In the 80 suspected patients using DTS, 75 images (93.8~) of patients were good images, 5 images of patients were general, and no images were poor. And in DR, 55 images (68.8%) of patients were good images, 17 images of patients were general, and 8 images were poor. In 56 patients with suspected fractures via DR, reconstruction images of 51 patients appeared obvious fracture lines in DTS images but not in DR ima- ging, and 5 patients, who were diagnosed as fracture using DR, were excluded via DTS. We found bone fractures in 16 DR-negative cases, who had significantly clinical signs by DTS. Imaging diagnoses of all cases were consistent with the re- sult of the follow up CT and clinical diagnosis. Conclusion DTS can display fracture lines in the deep parts or the complex structures, which greatly improves radiologists in diagnostic accuracy of bone fracture.
