冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血清CRP、HSP-60、MMP-9及多项白细胞介素的变化研究

摘    要:目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血清CRP、HSP-60、MMP-9及多项白细胞介素的变化规律。方法选取2010年6月~2012年4月于本院进行治疗的48例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者为观察组,同期的48名健康人员为对照组,将两组人员的血清CRP、HSP-60、MMP-9及IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平进行统计及比较。结果观察组的血清CRP、HSP-60、MMP-9及IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平均高于对照组,且心肌梗死患者高于其他患者,P均〈0.05,有显著性差异。结论冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血清CRP、HSP-60、MMP-9及多项白细胞介素水平呈现较高的状态,且对疾病的具体情况的了解也有一定的价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the variation of CRP,HSP-60,MMP-9 and a number of interleukin in serum.Methods 48 cases of patients with coronary atherosclerosis from June 2010 to April 2012 in our hospital for treatment were set in the observation group,48 healthy persons in the same period were set in the control group.The level of CRP,HSP-60,MMP-9,IL-6,IL-8,and IL-10 in serum for the two groups were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The level of CRP,HSP-60,MMP-9,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in serum in the observation group were all higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of patients with infarction was higher than other patients,P0.05,there was significantly difference.Conclusion The level of CRP,HSP-60,MMP-9 and a number of interleukin in serum in patients with present a higher state.It has a certain value for understanding the specific circumstances of the disease.
