黛力新与佐匹克隆治疗苯二氮[艹卓]类药物依赖性失眠症的对照观察

目的：比较黛力新与佐匹克隆治疗苯二氮艹卓]类药物（BZD）依赖性失眠症患者的疗效及不良反应。方法：87例患者随机分为黛力新组（44例）和佐匹克隆组（43例）．治疗4周。用睡眠状况调查表评价睡眠状况和治疗满意度．用副反应量表评价不良反应。结果：黛力新组治疗有效率为97.73％，与佐匹克隆组比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）。黛力新组不良反应少于佐匹克隆组（P〈0.01）。结论：黛力新是治疗BZD依赖性失眠症患者的有效药物。

Controlled study of deanxit and zopiclone in the treatment of insomnia with benzodiazepines dependence

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of Deanxit and zopiclone in treatment of the patient with insomnia and benzodiazepines (BZD) dependence.Methods:87 patients with insomnia and BZD dependence were randomly divided into two groups:44 in Deanxit, 43 in zopiclone. The period of observation was 4 weeks. Efficacy and safety were assessed with scale of sleeping stage and the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) at baseline.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 97.73% in Deanxit group. To compare with zopiclone, Deanxit is similar in efficacy (P>0.05),but its side effect were were less(P<0.01).Conclusions:Deanxit is effective and safety in treatment of the patient with insomnia and dependence.
