| 摘 要： | 目的观察胡氏定喘方对支气管哮喘患儿细胞因子IL-8、TNF-α、 NO的影响，进一步探讨胡氏定喘方治疗小儿支气管哮喘的机理。方法采用随机对照分组的方法，将68例患儿分为2组，治疗组用胡氏定喘方，对照组用美喘清治疗，观察2组治疗前后外周血浆中IL-8、TNF-α、NO含量的变化。结果治疗后2组患儿外周血中IL-8,TNF-α、NO含量均较治疗前明显降低（P〈O．05或P〈0．01）。结论胡氏定喘方具有降低血浆中细胞因子IL－8、TNF-α、NO含量的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Hushi Dingchuan Decoction on IL-8 ,TNF-α ,NO in children asthma, further inquire into the therapy mechanism of Hushi Dingchuan Decoction for children asthma. Methods 68 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group were given Hushi Dingchuan Decoction while the control group taken Meptin. Observed the IL-8 ,TNF-α, NO in blood plasma before and after treated. Results The IL-8,TNF-α, NO in blood plasma descended obviously after treated （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion Hushi Dingchuan Decoction has the effect of declining the IL-8,TNF-α, NO in blood plasma. |
