针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究进展

溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)是一种病因不明的慢性结肠炎,以结肠粘膜慢性炎症及溃疡形成为病理特点,以腹泻、脓血便、腹痛和里急后重等主要症状。该病有病程漫长、轻重不一、反复发作、缠绵难愈的特点,并与结肠癌的发病有一定的关系,在中医学研究中逐渐受到重视。近年来,众多文献在组织形态学、神经—内分泌—免疫调节,肠道微生态等角度探讨针灸治疗UC取得了一定的成果,本文将近年来实验研究概况综述如下。

The experimental study of treating UC by acupuncture

Ulcerative colitis is an unknown etiology,chronic colitis,the formation of the pathological features of chronic inflammation and ulceration of the colonic mucosa,diarrhea,blood and pus,the main symptoms such as abdominal pain and tenesmus.The disease is a long course,of varying severity,recurrent,the characteristics of hard to be cured,and the incidence of colon cancer have a certain relationship,gradually attention in medical research.In recent years,many in the tissue morphology,nervous-endocrine-immune regulation,gut microflora and other point of view of acupuncture treatment of UC and achieved certain results in this paper in recent years,experimental research profiles are summarized as follows.
