| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市10来围产儿出生缺陷流行特征及变化趋势。方法对1997年1月～006年12月在本院分娩的35914例围产儿进行出生缺陷监测，统计分析出生缺陷的发生率、类别和构成比。结果共发现出生缺陷儿671例，出生缺陷儿发生率为186．84／万。围产儿中男性出生缺陷发生率高于女性；25岁以下和35岁以上年龄组产妇围产儿的出生缺陷发生率较高。主要出生缺陷为先天性心脏病、大腹儿、唐氏综合征、多指（趾）、外耳其他畸形。结论1997～2005年出生缺陷呈逐年升高趋势，2006年有所下降。积极地干预能降低出生缺陷的发生率。
