醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗急性酒精中毒临床研究

目的探讨醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗急性酒精中毒的临床效果。方法将45例急性酒精中毒患者随机分为研究组25例、对照组20例,对两组非昏迷患者均进行催吐,以排出胃内酒精,并给予静脉滴注10%葡萄糖、0.9%氯化钠溶液、VitC、VitB6,利尿、纠正酸碱及水电解质紊乱等治疗;研究组应用醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗,对照组单用纳洛酮治疗。观察两组酒后平均清醒时间及症状消失时间。结果治疗后研究组患者酒后平均清醒时间及症状消失时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.01)。结论醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗酒精中毒患者具有协同作用,疗效显著、见效快,可作为治疗急性酒精中毒的首选方法在临床推广应用。

Restoring consciousness jing plus naloxone in the treatment of acute alcoholism

Objective To explore the efficacy of restoring consciousness jing plus naloxone in the treatment of acute alcoholism.Methods45 patients with acute alcoholism were randomly divided into research( n = 25) and control group( n = 20) ,emetics were given to non-coma patients to discharge endogastric alcohol and intravenous drip of 10% glucose,0. 9% sodium chloride solution,VIT C and B6 in order to diuresis and rectifications of acid base,fluid and electrolyte imbalance; The research group was treated with restoring consciousness jing plus naloxone and control group with single naloxone. Average awaking and symptom extinction times were observed. Results After treatment,both average awaking and symptom extinction times were significantly shorter in the research than in the control group( P <0. 01) . Conclusion Restoring consciousness jing plus naloxone has joint action and evident effect,takes effects faster and can be used as choice drug in the treatment of acute alcoholism.
