妇科择期手术患者术前预防性应用抗生素现状的调查分析

目的 了解妇科择期手术患者术前预防性应用抗生素的状况，为病房管理提供科学依据。方法对妇科08年1月至4月共171例择期手术患者术前应用抗生素的途径、时间进行统计。结果171例患者术前抗生素使用的途径均为静脉用药；使用时间方面：能在术前2小时以内应用者为63例，占36.8％；超过术前2h者108例，占63.2％。结论妇科择期手术患者术前抗生素的应用存在不合理之处，医护人员应加强对围手术期抗生素应用的认识，推动术前抗生素用药方法日趋规范化。

Survey on the status of elective surgery for gynecological patients with preventive antibiotics

Objective To understand the application of preventive antibiotics in elective surgery for gynecological patients in order to provide the scientific basis for management of wards. Methods The clinical data for application of antibiotics in 171 cases for elective surgery in Department of Gynecology during the period from January ,2008 to April,2008 were statistically analyzed. Results Among these 171 cases, the route for administration of antibiotics was by intravenous infusion and the drugs in 63 cases （36.8%） were applied in less than two hours before operation and in 108 cases （63.2%） the drugs were applied in more than two hours before operation. Conclusion The application of preventive antibiotics in elective surgery for gynecological patients was unreasonable, and the awareness of perioperative antibiotic administration should be strengthened in health care workers in order to promote the standardization for application of antibiotics before operation.
