| 摘 要： | 本实验选用自发活动、转棒测试、步下法及Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ水迷津，观察大鼠吸入不同浓度ＣＳ２（０，３００，６００，１２００，２４００ｍｇ／ｍ＾３；４小时／日）２个月后的行为改变。结果提示，接触ＣＳ２对自发活动无明显影响，可使大鼠肌肉协调能力受损，学习记忆能力降低。

| Abstract: | The effects of CS2 exposure were studied with four item neurobehavioral test battery, they werelocomotive activity test, rotarod test, step-down test and Morris water maze test. 7o SpragueDawely rats were randomly divided into 4 CS2 exposed groups and a control group. The rats exposed to 600 mg/m3 CS2(inh. ) exhibited impaired coordination function in the rotarod test. Theresults of step-down and Morris water maze, which re flect learning and memory functions, showedthat CS2 impaired the acquire and retention of memory in rats. |
