木糖醇口香糖对妊娠期牙龈炎和牙菌斑作用的研究

目的评价木糖醇口香糖对妊娠期牙龈炎和牙菌斑的影响,为孕期使用口香糖提供科学依据。方法 选择60例患有妊娠期牙龈炎的患者,基线检查菌斑指数和牙龈指数后随机分为3组,即木糖醇口组、洗必泰组、对照组,均20例。木糖醇组:口腔卫生宣教+康齿宁乳膏刷牙+木糖醇;洗必泰组:口腔卫生宣教+康齿宁乳膏刷牙+洗必泰含漱;对照组:口腔卫生宣教+康齿宁乳膏刷牙。6、12周分别复查菌斑指数和牙龈指数。结果 3组试验前菌斑指数和牙龈指数差异均无统计学意义(P(0.05);6、12周3组菌斑指数、牙龈指数均呈下降趋势,木糖醇组和洗必泰组下降明显(P(0.05),对照组下降不明显(P(0.05);木糖醇组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P(0.05),木糖醇组与洗必泰组比较差异无统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论在同等的口腔环境下,木糖醇口香糖和洗必泰对口腔卫生均有显著改善。

Clinical study for the effect of xylitol chewing gum on pregnancy gingivitis and dental plaque

Objective To evaluate the influence of xylitol chewing gum on the control of pregnancy gingivitis and dental plaque,and provide clinical evidence for pregnant women.Methods 60 pregnancy gingivitis patients were chosen.After baseline inspection of plaque index and gingival index after,the patients were randomly divided into three groups,xylitol chewing gum group,Chlorhexidine group and control group.Therapy of Xylitol chewing gum group was oral health education,Kangchining cream brush＋xylitol;therapy of Chlorhexidine group：oral health education ＋ kangchining cream brush＋ Chlorhexidine;the control group：oral health education＋kangchining cream brush.The clinical plaque index and gingival index were examined at 6 weeks and 12 weeks of experiment.Results There were no significant differences among the three groups at baseline on plaque index and gingival index before experiment（P﹥0.05）.Plaque index and gingival index showed downward trend during 6 weeks and 12 weeks.Those of xylitol chewing gum group and the Chlorhexidine group were significantly decreased（P﹤0.05）.There were significant difference between xylitol chewing gum group and control group（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences between the xylitol chewing gum group and the Chlorhexidine group（P﹥0.05）.Conclusion The xylitol chewing gum and chlorhexidine are effective adjustable method on the oral hygiene.
