超声介入肝、肾、卵巢囊肿硬化治疗术的临床应用

摘    要:目的 探讨超声介入对肝、肾、卵巢囊肿无水酒精硬化治疗的临床应用价值。方法对87例91个肝、肾、卵巢囊肿在高分辨率彩色多普勒超声引导下无水酒精硬化治疗。结果随访时间最长4年,最短9个月,除5例囊肿二次治疗,囊肿消失时间为一年以上,其余82例86个囊肿全部在一年内消失,未见复发,总有效率100%。结论超声介入无水酒精硬化治疗腹腔脏器肝、肾、卵巢囊肿准确性、恢复快、疗效显著、复发率低,应成为治疗肝、肾、卵巢囊肿的首选方法。

Abstract:Objective To probe the clinical application values for percutaneous injecting ethanol to sclerose the cysts in the liver,kidney and ovary under the ultrasound guidance. Methods Ninty-one recurrent cysts in the liver, kidney and ovary in Eighty-seven patients were percutaneously injected absolute alcohol for sclerotic treatment by intervention of high-resolution ultrasound and color Doppler, Results Eighty-six cysts in eighty-two cases were disappeared in one year and five cysts were treated with two procedures and disappeared after one year. All the patients were followed up from 9 months to 4 years aftr treatment. The overall effective rate was 100%. Conclusions Percutaneous ethanol injection for sclerotic treatment of cysts in the liver,kidney and ovary guided by ultrasound was accurate,useful,noninvasive and with low recurrent rate. So ultrasound is the first-line modality to cure the cysts in the substantial organs in the abdomen.
