妈咪爱和思密达联合早期干预新生儿黄疸临床观察

目的观察妈咪爱和思密达联合早期干预新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法126例因病住院的新生儿随机分为干预组和对照组各63例，在积极治疗原发病的基础上，干预组加用妈咪爱和思密达口服，对照组不用任何干预措施，用经皮黄疸仪每日监测血清胆红素水平．对两组疗效进行对比研究。结果两组患几在血清总胆红素水平、总胆红素峰浓度、黄疸持续时间及排胎粪时间方面差异均具有统计学意义。结论妈咪爱和思密达联合早期干预新生儿黄疸疗效肯定，无副作用。

Cinical Effect of Medilae-Vita and Smecta in Early Prevention of Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Medilac-vita and Smecta in early prevention of neonatal jaundice. Methods 126 children in hospital were randomly divided into prevention group and control group with 63 cases each. The control group without any intervention measures, and the prevention group was given Medilac-vita and Smecta taken orally besides the usual treatment energetically in the primary affection. When the fluctuation of neonatal jaundice had been monitored through transcutaneous bilirubin monitor, the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results It was significantly different between the two groups in the serum total bilirubin level, total bilirubin concentration of peak, jaundice duration period and meconium row time. Conclusion It shows that Medilac-vita and Smecta has a significant effect in early prevention of neonatal jaundice.
