彩色高频超声在白内障人工晶体移植中的应用价值探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨运用彩色高频超声指导人工晶体移植的临床价值。方法 对 30只白内障患眼人工晶体移植术前进行超声检查、测量、推算屈光度 ,指导选择人工晶体 ,并与 30只人工晶体移植术前未经彩超检查的患眼进行术后对照。结果 前组术后视力恢复 >0 .5者占 77% ,后组术后视力恢复 >0 .5者占 33% ,前组明显优于后组 ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 彩色高频超声的应用有助于提高人工晶体移植的疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To detect the clinic value of the application of high frequency color ultra sonography to the implication of intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. Methods:Color ultrasonography was performed on thirty eyeballs with cataract before the implantation to measure the axial length and calculatethe diopter the data provided a reliable basis for choosing a suitable IOL, thirty eyeballs with cataract without detection of color ultrasonography before implantation as controls. Results:77% of 30 eyeballs who had detection before implantation resulted in a corrected vision >0.5, However, in the control group, 30 eyeballs underwent the implantation of standard IOL without the ultrasonography detection before operation,only 30% of them resulted in a postoperative corrected vision >0.5. There was a significant difference between the two groups, (P<0.01), the former is better than the latter.Conclusion:The results showed that the application of high frequency color ultrasonography to the IOL implantation could be helpful to improve the results of the operation.
