摘    要:目的:探讨男性青年进入戈壁工作后泪膜稳定性的变化。方法:采取整群抽样调查的方法,对在戈壁连续工作的319名男性青年进行基础泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间和角膜荧光素染色检查。结果:本组基础泪液分泌异常率为32.1%,泪膜破裂时间阳性检出率为90.8%,角膜荧光素阳性率为21.8%。工龄1a者泪膜破裂时间阳性检出率与其它工龄存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。随工龄增加,角膜荧光素阳性率增高。工龄>2a与工龄<2a间有统计学差异(χ2=10.5663,P=0.0012)。结论:男性青年进入戈壁工作后泪膜稳定性降低,泪膜破裂时间缩短且检出率高。工龄越长,角膜上皮完整性越差。

Abstract:AIM: To explore the variation of tear film stability on the male youth who have been working in desert. ·METHODS: A total of 319 male youth were ramdomly tested by Schirmer I test, broking up time and fluorescein stain score. ·RESULTS: The abnormal rate of the Schirmer test and fluorescein stain score was 32.1% and 21.8%, respec-tively. The positive inspective rate of the broking up time was 90.8% and there were statistically significant difference between one-year and more than one-year length of service male youth (P<0.05).With the increase of length of service, the abnormal rate of the fluorescein stain score raised correspondingly. There were statisti-cally significant difference between two-year and more than two-year length of service male youth (χ2=10.5663, P=0.0012).·CONCLUSION: Tear film stability decreases and the abnormal inspective rate of the broking up time is high when people working in desert. With the increase of length of service, the integrity of corneal epithelium deteriorates correspondingly.
