等离子低温射频消融腺样体切除术与传统腺样体刮除术疗效的比较

摘    要:目的:比较分析鼻内镜引导下等离子低温射频消融腺样体切除术与传统腺样体刮除术的疗效。方法:3~14岁腺样体肥大患儿46例,随机分为A组30例,B组16例,A组采用传统腺样体刮除术治疗,B组采用鼻内镜引导下等离子低温射频消融腺样体切除术治疗;分析两组手术方式在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间及治愈率上有无差异。结果:传统手术组(A组)与等离子手术组(B组)在手术时间上差异无显著性,无统计学意义(P〉0.05);传统手术组(A组)与等离子手术组(B组)在术中出血量、术后疼痛时间及治愈率上差异有显著性,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:鼻内镜引导下等离子低温射频腺样体切除术较传统腺样体刮除术术中术后出血少、术后疼痛轻、手术彻底、恢复快、治愈率高。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the efficacy between nasoscope-assisted lowtmperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy and traditional adenoidectomy.Methods:We selected 30 children into Group A and 16 into Group B from a total 46 children with adenoid hypertrophy,aged 3-14 years.Group A was treated by traditional adenoidectomy and Group B was treated by nasoscope-assisted low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy.The differences between the two groups were analyzed in operation time,blood loss,postoperative pain and healing rate.:Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups.(P0.05).There were significant differences in the blood loss,postoperative pain and healing rate(P0.05).Conclusion:Nasoscopeassisted low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation adenoidectomy shows less blood loss,less postoperative pain,rapid recovery and high healing rate compared with traditional adenoidectomy.
