| 摘 要： | 目的从血液流变学角度探讨糖尿病及其并发症的发病机制。方法对110例糖尿病患者进行血液流变性检测并与正常对照组作了对照。结果糖尿病患者全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积等和对照组比较均显著高于对照组(P<0．01)。结论糖尿病患者血液粘度等血液流变性检测指标增高,导致微循环、微血管血流减慢或瘀积,出现微循环障碍。红细胞变形性降低,聚集性增加可能是糖尿病性血管病变的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism of diabetes mellitus from hemorheological perspective.Methods Measuring hemorheological parameters of 110 diabetes patients and comparing with the control group.Results The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and HCT in the patients with diabetes were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Patients with diabetes have increased blood viscosity,which leads to slowed microcirculation and blood aggregation.The decreased metamorphosis and increased aggregation of red blood cells might account for blood pathological changes in diabetes patients. |
