分类工娱疗对精神分裂症患者的康复作用

目的 探讨分类工娱疗对住院精神分裂症患者的康复效果.方法 经过抗精神药物治疗的住院精神分裂症患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组给予不加选择的、无指导的工娱疗活动,治疗组根据阳性或阴性症状给予针对性的工娱疗活动.两组于治疗前后采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)、大体评定量表(CAS)进行疗效评定.结果两组患者治疗6 w后BPRS量表总分及其因子分均较治疗前减少.但组间比较,总分、缺乏活力因子和焦虑抑郁因子分有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).GAS评分治疗组≥61分的比例数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其中社会适应能力、人际交往、兴趣和主动性等改善明显.结论 在抗精神病药治疗基础上辅以分类工娱疗,对精神分裂症患者的康复效果肯定.

Effect of classific occupational and recreational treatment for Schiz-ophrene

Objective To investigate the effect on the schizophrenia using the classific occupational and recreational treatment. Methods 84 hospitalized schizophrenes who had already been treated by anti - psychotic drugs were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by indiscriminatingly progress occupational and recreational treatment, and the treatment group was treated by pertinent progress occupational and recreational treatment according to the positive or negative syndrome. BPRS and GAS were used to assess the effects before and after the treatment. Results The total score and factor score of BPRS of the two groups were both decreased after 6 weeks treatment. But there were significant differences (P<0.01) in the total score, factor score of absence vigor and factor score of anxiety depressive between the two groups. The percentage of GAS score (≥61) of treatment group was notably higher (P < 0.05) than that of control group, and the social competence, interpersonal relationship, interest and go - ahcadism among factora were sigaificantly improved in treatment group. Conclusions The classific occupational and recreational treatment adding up the anti - psychotic drugs treatment have a notable effect on the rehabilitation of the schizophrene.
