摘    要:目的:探讨经颅多普勒(TranscranicalDoppler,TCD)在2型糖尿病患者脑部大血管病变中的临床应用价值。方法:用TCD检查12 0例糖尿病患者10 0 4条脑血管,并与正常对照组比较:脉动指数(PI)、平均血流速度值(Vm)。结果:总异常率81.4 5 % ,糖尿病患者各检测动脉的PI值及颈内动脉颅外起始段(ICA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、基底动脉(BA)的Vm值明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,结论:PI、Vm对糖尿病脑部大血管病变有良好的敏感性;TCD超声检查可以较明确反映糖尿病脑血管病变的部位、范围和性质。

Abstract:Objective To explore thediagnostic value of the transcranial dopple(TCD) in Large brain veins patients with type Ⅱ of diabetes.Methods TCD wasrecorded in 1004 large brain veins of 120 cases of the diabetes,and compared with healthy subjects:pulse(PI)、Average rheometer(Vm).Results The total abnormalityrate was 81.45 %.Either PI and Vm in arteries of ICA、MCA、BA by checked,and all were significantly higher than that of the normal subjects(P<0.01).Conclusion PI and Vm might be of important sensitivity in large brain veins patients with diabetes;The large brain veins patients with type Ⅱ of diabetes were clearly reflected in positions,range and nature by TCD.
