| 摘 要： | 研究表明，缺血／缺氧可以上调许多器官组织细胞中血小板衍生生长因子（PDGF)基因表达，这对于组织细胞功能代偿和稳态维持具有重要作用。缺血／缺氧条件下PDGF基因表达上调的影响因素及调节机制是多元和复杂的，本文就此问题进行了初步探讨。但缺血／缺氧与PDGF基因表达调控之间的细胞信号转导机制仍需做大量工作加以阐明。

| Abstract: | Studies have shown that ischemia/hypoxia can up regulate expression of platelet derived growth factor(PDGF) gene in many organs and tissues, which has an important role in cellular function compensation and homeostasis maintenance. Under ischemia/hypoxia, regulative mechanisms and influential factors of PDGF gene expression are multiple and complex. In this summary, we present a primary discussion on it.Further work will be needed to elucidate the mechanism of cellular signal transduction about interaction of ischemia/hypoxia and PDGF gene up regulation. |
