血府逐瘀汤对小鼠偏头痛作用的实验研究

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对偏头痛小鼠的作用。方法:昆明种小鼠72只,随机分为6组,每组12只。第1组为正常对照组,不做皮下注射;第2组为假手术组,皮下注射等体积的0.9%氯化钠注射液;第3～6组制成偏头痛模型组(小鼠皮下注射利血平10mg/kg,14d)后,第1～3组给予等容积的蒸馏水,第4～6组分别给予血府逐瘀汤7.6g/kg、15.2g/kg、22.8g/kg。采用热板法测痛阈,取血测凝血时间,取脑匀浆测五羟色胺(5-HT)。结果:血府逐瘀汤能延长凝血时间,提高痛阈,调节5-HT的过度降低。结论:血府逐瘀汤能治疗利血平所致小鼠偏头痛。

Experimental Study of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Model of Migraine

Objective: To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the model mice of migrane. Methods: 72 kunming mice were randomized into group 1(normal group), group 2(sham operation control group), group 3 to 6(modol groups of migraine, given a daily hypodermic injection of 10 mg/kg reserpine for 14 days). Then mice of group 1, 2, 3 were given same quantiiy of saline and group 4, 5, 6 were given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction 7.6 g/kg(low dosage), 15.2 g/kg(medium dosage), 22.8 g/kg(high dosage)respectively. Pain threshold was determined by hot plate method,coagulation time of blood and 5-HT were determined. Results: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could prolong coagulation time, elevate pain threshold, prevent excessive decrease in 5-HT. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction was effective to migraine mice induced by reserpine.
