Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of F2R in gastric cancer and immune cell infiltra?tion and the prognostic value of F2R in gastric cancer and its biological function.Methods F2R expression profile data and clinicopathological information of gastric cancer patients were downloaded from TCGA data?base.R4.0.2 software was used to extract the expression data of F2R in the gastric cancer group and the normal control group.The expression differences between the two groups were analyzed.Kaplan?Meier method was used to perform the survival analysis,GEPIA were used to verify the prognostic value.Cox regression models were adopted to analyze the clinicophathologic features.GSEA enrichment analysis was used to predict the sig?naling pathways that F2R participates in gastric cancer.TIMER2.0 was used to analyze the relationship be?tween F2R expression and immune infiltration.Results The expression level of F2R in gastric cancer was sig?nificantly up?regulated(P<0.05).The overall survival rate of F2R in the high expression group was lower than that of the low expression group.The expression level of F2R was significantly related to tumor histological grade(P<0.05),clinical stage(P<0.05)and tumor status(P<0.05).F2R was an independent risk factor for the prognostic of gastric cancer(HR=1.303,95%CI:1.076~1.578,P<0.05).GSEA enrichment results indicated that F2R was enriched in the MTOR signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway and cancer pathway.Im?mune infiltration analysis showed that F2R expression was correlated with CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells and mac?rophages(Rho>0.5,P<0.05).Conclusion F2R is significantly up?regulated in gastric cancer,which can be used as an independent prognostic factor in patients with gastric cancer and is related to immune infiltration.
