卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜下囊肿剥除术治疗对手术指标及卵巢功能的影响

目的探讨卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜下囊肿剥除术治疗对手术指标及卵巢功能的影响。方法35例卵巢囊肿患者,依据治疗方法不同分为实验组(20例)与对照组(15例)。对照组患者采用开腹手术治疗,实验组患者采用腹腔镜下囊肿剥除术。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后第3天疼痛评分、住院时间及手术前后卵巢功能指标雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)]水平。结果实验组手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后第3天疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,实验组患者E2(40.20±1.41)pmol/L高于对照组的(31.46±1.68)pmol/L,FSH(6.48±0.14)U/L、LH(11.07±0.68)U/L低于对照组的(9.73±0.24)、(14.89±0.23)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢囊肿患者采用腹腔镜下囊肿剥除术治疗效果显著,患者恢复快,可有效保护患者的卵巢功能,有助于改善预后,值得推广。

Effect of laparoscopic cystectomy in patients with ovarian cysts on surgical indicators and ovarian function

Objective To discuss the effect of laparoscopic cystectomy in patients with ovarian cysts on surgical indicators and ovarian function.Methods A total of 35 patients with ovarian cysts were divided into experimental group(20 cases)and control group(15 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic cystectomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,pain score on the 3 rd day after operation,and hospitalization time,ovarian functionestradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinization hormone(LH)]before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and pain score on the 3 rd day after operation was lower than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after operation,the E2(40.20±1.41)pmol/L of the experimental group were higher than(31.46±1.68)pmol/L of the control group,and FSH(6.48±0.14)U/L and LH(11.07±0.68)U/L were lower than(9.73±0.24)and(14.89±0.23)U/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cystectomy shows remarkale therapeutic effect for ovarian cyst patients undergoing laparoscopic cystectomy,and the patients recover quickly,which can effectively protect the ovarian function of patients,help to improve the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
