“纳秒刀”与“纳米刀”中文命名的探讨

Nanoknife是一种新型的手术外科器械,国内称为“纳米刀”,然而,这种医疗器械的主要工作原理是电脉冲施加在细胞膜上产生不可逆电穿孔导致细胞凋亡,脉冲时间是治疗效果的主要因素。世界卫生组织对医疗器械命名是能正确体现医疗器械特征的命名原则。对这种依靠电脉冲能量释放为特征的医疗器械中文命名进行探讨,建议用“纳秒刀”命名更能反映其技术特征。

Discussion on Chinese Nomenclature of Nanosecond or Nanometer for Nanokinfe

Nanoknife is a new type of surgical instrument,known as the“Nanometer knife”in China.However,the main working principle of this instrument is that electric pulse is applied to the cell membrane to produce irreversible electroporation and lead to cell apoptosis.and the pulse time is the main factor of treatment effect.The World Health Organization’s naming of medical devices is a naming principle that can correctly reflect the characteristics of medical devices This paper discusses the Chinese naming of the medical instrument which is characterized by the release of electrical pulse energy.It is suggested that the naming of“Nanosecond knife”canbetter reflect its technical characteristics.
