半夏泻心汤加减辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的观察半夏泻心汤加减辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法80例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上辅用半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组患者幽门螺杆菌转阴率及临床治疗效果。结果观察组幽门螺杆菌转阴率为72.50%高于对照组的50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ²=4.266,P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.50%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ²=4.501,P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of addition and subtraction of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in adjuvant treatment of Helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in adjuvant treatment of Helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 80 patients with Helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,and the observation group was supplemented with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The negative conversion rate of Helicobacter pylori and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The negative conversion rate of Helicobacter pylori 72.50%of the observation group was higher than 50.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.266,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.501,P<0.05).Conclusion Addition and subtraction of Banxia Xiexin Decoction shows clinical efficacy in adjuvant treatment of Helicobacter pylori related gastric ulcer,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
