布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎50例疗效观察

目的:探讨雾化吸入布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化对小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年12月在上饶市立医院接受治疗的100例小儿支气管肺炎患者,摸球法平均分为两组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗+雾化吸入布地奈德,观察组在对照组基础上给予硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,对比两组治疗效果、住院天数、恢复天数以及咳嗽症状评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组;住院天数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的咳嗽症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗小儿支气管肺炎中,雾化吸入布地奈德有重要作用,与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化联合治疗更具有优势,能快速缓解症状,减短住院天数,促进恢复。

Observation on Curative Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol Sulfate on 50 Cases of Children with Bronchopneumonia

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with salbutamol sulfate in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:100 cases of pediatric diseases,all belonging to bronchopneumonia,were collected in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The children who received conventional treatment and aerosol inhalation of budesonide were the control group,and the patients who were given aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulfate were taken as the observation group,and the statistical results were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group.The length of hospital stay was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The cough symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhalation of budesonide is more effective in the treatment of children with pneumonia.
