摘    要:目的研究并实现一套云端成人发育性髋关节发育不良(Adult Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip,ADDH)影像协同标注系统,建立ADDH影像标准化标注数据库。方法利用异构平台数据共享与跨区域协同等技术,采用B/S云端架构,根据ADDH临床诊断工作需求,研究服务于医学影像数据共享及跨区域协同标注模式的ADDH影像标注系统。结果实现了高可用、高并发,且支持不同医疗机构间影像与临床信息的共享及调阅,满足多人同时在线协同标注及多盲审核的ADDH影像标注系统。结论该系统填补了目前ADDH影像协同标注与管理系统的空白,为临床诊断带来便利的同时,将临床影像数据赋能为可用于人工智能产品开发的数据资产,具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。

Abstract:Objective Research and implement a cloud-based collaborative annotation system for adult developmental dysplasia of the hip(ADDH),and establish a standardized annotation database of ADDH images.Methods Using technologies such as heterogeneous platform data sharing and cross-regional collaboration,and adopting B/S structure,according to the requirements of ADDH clinical diagnosis work,this paper studied the ADDH image annotation system serving the medical image data sharing and cross-regional collaborative annotation mode.Results The ADDH image annotation system has realized high availability and concurrency,supported the sharing and reading of image and clinical information among different medical institutions,and met the requirements of simultaneous online collaborative annotation by multiple people and multi-blind audit.Conclusion This system fills the blank of the current ADDH image collaborative annotation and management system,brings convenience to clinical diagnosis,and endows clinical image data as data assets for artificial intelligence product development,which has high practical value and application prospect.
