基于DRGs付费模式下成本管理新需求的医院信息系统改进研究

目的:通过整合改造医院信息系统,满足DRGs付费模式下医院成本信息管理的需求。方法:分析当前医院成本核算管理在DRGs付费模式下所面临的提高信息及时性、提高信息整合能力、提高信息分析能力、加快医院信息化建设进程和提高信息输出质量五个新挑战,遵循全面性、可兼容性和开放性三个原则,重构医院信息系统。结果:打通底层基础数据,借助成本核算系统,实现成本核算一体化,并根据各级管理者决策需要进行数据输出,以满足公立医院执行DRGs付费模式后成本及信息管理需求。结论:医院需要持续提高自身成本与信息管理水平,不仅为国家标准的制定提供有力支持,也为医院自身发展和进步提供坚实基础。

Research on the Improvement of Hospital Information System Based on the New Demand of Cost Management under DRGs Payment Mode

Objective:To integrate and transform hospital information systems to meet the needs of hospital cost information management under DRGs payment model.Methods:Analyze the five new challenges faced by the current hospital cost accounting management under DRGs payment model:to improve information timeliness,improve information integration capabilities,improve information analysis capabilities,speed up hospital information construction and improve information output quality.Follow the comprehensiveness,compatibility and openness,restructure hospital information system.Results:Open up the underlying data,use the cost accounting system to realize the integration of cost accounting and output the data according to the needs of managers at all levels to meet the cost and information management needs of the public hospital after implementing DRGs payment model.Conclusion:The hospital needs to continuously improve its own cost and information management level,not only to provide strong support for the formulation of national standards,but also to provide a solid foundation for the development and progress of hospital itself.
