| Abstract: | Objective To explore how to make full use of information technology in the situation of epidemic prevention and control.Methods Taking Shanghai Chest hospital as the research background,combining WeChat scanning code and Html5 technology,we independently developed an electronic certificate system based on mobile terminal,and analyzed the use effect.Results Within 2 weeks,the system provided services for 463 drug clinical trial personnel,each of whom avoided three round-trip contacts in the previous certification approval,and the identification verification time at the first admission was reduced from 3.5min to 20s,which accelerated the certification efficiency and realized the rapid inspection of access control.Conclusion With the rapid development of Internet application,mobile technology has effectively promoted the service efficiency,which provides a reference for the management mode innovation of medical institutions in the face of public health emergencies. |
