| 摘 要： | 目的评价柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴抑郁的疗效。方法将60例经胃镜和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）确诊的慢性浅表性胃炎伴抑郁患者随机分为治疗组30例服用柴胡疏肝散加减煎剂200ml,2次/d,加黛力新1片,1次/d; 对照组30例单用柴胡疏肝散加减200ml,2次/d。疗程均为6周。比较临床疗效和HAMD评分变化。结果6周后复查胃镜,治疗组有效率93.3%,明显高于对照组70.0%（P〈0.05）; 治疗3周和6周后,治疗组HAMD评分较对照组低（P〈0.05和P〈0.01）。结论柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新治疗慢性浅表性胃炎伴抑郁的疗效优于单用柴胡疏肝散加减。
