32例甲外血管球瘤的临床分析

目的 总结甲外血管球瘤的临床特点及诊治方法 .方法 2000年1月至2008年4月对32例甲外血管球瘤进行诊治,其中30例单发,2例为两处病灶.均行局部病灶切除术.结果 术后随访2～98个月,平均46个月.所有患者术前症状全部消失,无复发病例.结论 甲外血管球瘤具有特征性的临床表现,即疼痛、压痛、冷激惹的三联征,因病变隐匿,诊断较困难,肿瘤切除术是唯一有效的治疗方法 .

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of extraungual glomus tumors: clinical analysis of 32 cases

Objective To summarize the clinical features of extraungual glomus tumors and methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment. Methods Thirty-two cases of extraungual glomus tumors were analysed retrospectivdy.These cases were treated in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2000 to April 2008.Thirty cases were solitary,while 2 cases had two lesiom.All tumors were excised. Results The follow-up period ranged from 2 to 98 months,the average follow-up being 46 months.Patient in this series had complete postoperative relief of pain.There were no recurrences. Conclusion Extraungual glomus tumor has a characteristic triad of pain,tenderness,and cold sensitivity.This triad is the key to diaoaosis since the lesion itselfis occult.The only recommended treatment for glomus tumor is complete excision.
