糖尿病患者食管昼夜pH动态监测及影响因素探讨

目的：了解糖尿病患者食管白昼及夜间酸碱反流情况，探讨其影响因素及对诊断胃、食管运动功能障碍的临床意义。方法：采用便携式２４小时ｐＨ动态监测仪，对３４例２型糖尿病患者进行食管昼夜２４小时ｐＨ动态监测，并与４０例正常人进行比较。结果：糖尿病组白昼食管酸反流的６项指标及总计分均高于对照组，夜间部分酸反流指标高于对照组。食管昼夜碱反流的各项ｐＨ指标，与对照组相比无显著性差异。结论：糖尿病组胃、食管酸反流异

The Study of Esophageal Day and Night pH Dynamic Monitoring in Diabetic Patients and Its Influential Factors

Objective:To investigate esophageal acid-base reflux during day and night in diabetic patients and evaluate the factors that influeneed the reflux and their clinical significance in diagnosis of gastrie and esophageal dynamie disorder. Methods: During day and night,esophageal pH was measured by portable 24-hours pH dynamic moniloring instrument in 34 patien(t)s with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 40 healthy adults as control. Results:Six indexes and total score in diabetie patients wen greatly higher than those in healthy adults during the daytime. Some indexes about esophageal acid reflux in diabetie patients were higher than those in healthy adults during the night. There was no difference about esophageal alkali reflux between patients and healthy adults. Conclusion:The abnormal esophageal acid reflux in patients group was associated with esophage al movement disorder and dynamic disturbance between esophagus and stomach.
